CONTACTS

Add a Contact Form

Add a contact form and your visitors can contact you right away.
You can drag and drop "Contact Form" App inside your work area, you find it in the App Store under "Contacts" category.
You can select the standard "Contact Form" App with ummodifiable fields "Name", "Email" and "Message", or the "Custom Form" app where you can create and edit new fields.

Configure the email name where to receive all communications written in the form, by clicking the "@" icon in the edit bar (after having performed a double click on the component).

Confirm by clicking "OK"

Customize Contact Form

Click on the app Contact form to open the modify bar: click on the bar and then the gear icon.

Select automated response and write an answer text for the users that contacted you.

Confirm with a check on "Automaic Answer".

From color icon you can set button color.

From font icon you can set text color.

Configure a Custom form

Create a custom form with all the fields you need to better collect your leads.
You can modify all the fields inside a Custom Form or ad d new fields if you want.
​To show more fields you can resize the Form app.
Click the "+" icon to select and drag&drop the item inside the form. 
You can insert a field with: text, checkbox, date, a selection, upload, email.
Drag the field where you want. Click on the name to change it. 
You can set a field as "mandatory", by checking it.
From the bottom right corner, you can resize the field.

Customize the Form

Click on the Custom form app. 
Click the modify bar and then the gear icon.
You can set an automatic response: write the response text and check "Autoresponder".
From the color icon you can change button colors (background and text). 
You can change label color text and the field color too.
From icon font you can select the Font and the size. 
If you have added several Custom Forms, click on the icon "label" to assign a tag to the Custom Form.

Manage your Newsletter Subscribers

With Newsletter App, you can update all the users that have decided to subscribe to your newsletter by inserting their emails.
From the modify bar, "Newsletter Manager" icon you will get all the users currently subscribed to your newsletter.

You can divide them in different groups. Add a new group by inserting group's name and click on "Create".
​You can delete a group by clicking the "X" icon on the right or selecting the group, clicking on "Delete Group" and then proceed.
In the "Members" tab you can find all the current subscribers. To move them in a new group, select the mail, than "move in", select the group and then click Proceed.

Send a Newsletter

From Modify Bar, click on the "Newsletter Manager" icon.
Click on "Create a Newsletter" to begin creating.
You can choose Name, Sender, Recipients and the Subject.
You can then write your mail in the form below from scratch or choose a model to start with.
For the latter option click on Templates, to choose a model that you have previously created.
With Professional Version, you can save your mails by using the Floppy icon.
